Industrial thermography services

Infrared thermography (IRT) is a testing process that uses non-contact measuring devices to measure the temperature fluctuations within a component. As heat flows through the component it emits thermal radiation which then can be analyzed using infrared cameras. This allows testers to locate defects in the part before it is put into use, thereby reducing the potential for costly equipment failures and downtime.

Infrared thermography inspection uses directed heat to find weaknesses and failures in components. Since unexpected failures can result in dangerous and costly system failures, it is critical to locate and address component defects early in the manufacturing process. For this reason, infrared electrical inspection is incorporated into the manufacturing process for a variety of products,

  • Electrical Control Systems
  • Electrical Disconnect Switches
  • Lighting Panels
  • Tank Repair
  • Switches and Transformers
  • Electrical Outlets and Receptacles
  • Mechanical Applications
  • Pole Connections
